You are therapy-literate. You have read every book. So why does it still feel like you are white-knuckling your way through your own life?

Hi. It is not what you think.

You are not broken, behind, or insufficiently healed. You were handed the wrong map for being a person, and you have been navigating correctly this entire time.

I made one video about what the right map actually looks like. Twelve minutes. It is free.

Hi, is this you?

It is 9:47 PM.

The kitchen is, against all odds, clean. Your husband is watching a documentary about ships. Or sports. Or sports ball. (If he is anything like mine, he is watching YouTube videos about math.) He is fine. He is bafflingly fine. You are doomscrolling. Or you are in a research vortex about something a stranger said on Reels that is harmful to your kids. Or you are, for the third time this week, opening the same Reddit thread about perimenopause.

And underneath it, in the voice you only ever use about yourself, there is a sentence. It has been there for years. Tonight it sounds like:

Why am I such a bitch when I love them so much?

Then, smaller, after a beat, the list. Tomorrow you will wake up earlier. You will be patient. You will get on the floor with your kids. You will not snap at your husband when he asks where the scissors are. The list is long. The list is loving. The list is not going to fix anything.

And here is the part that makes it worse. You know your attachment style. You can name three nervous system states off the top of your head. You have read Gabor Maté. You have listened to every Dr. Becky podcast in the carpool line. You have watched the Esther Perel talk, maybe twice. You have a saved folder on Instagram and it is enormous and it is beautifully organized.

You have done so much work.

And it is still 9:47, and the voice is still there.

So at some point you drew a conclusion, and you probably never said it out loud. That the tools work. That they work for other people. That it must be you.

I want to tell you what I actually think is happening. And I want to be clear that I am not being nice to you right now. I am being accurate.

It was not you.

Strategic goals for business growth

Okay, so what is the video?

It is called The Wrong Map.

It is about twelve minutes, and it is the only one, so it is worth the twelve.

Watch it in the car at school pickup. Watch it in the bath. Watch it in bed while your husband is, again, watching a documentary about ships.

In it I show you the map you were handed, where it came from, why every good tool you have tried kept sliding off you, and one question to ask yourself at 9:47 that takes four seconds and is free.

The day after, I will send you one page that goes with it.

Nothing to fill out. That is the whole thing. No upsell hidden in the middle. No "but wait, there is also a quiz."

And if you want to keep going

If after the video you want to keep going, the full work is a course called

The Human Operating System.

Eight weeks.

Small on purpose, because the integration is what changes things, and integration does not happen at scale.

The next one starts in October.

If you do not know yet, start with the free thing.

One video.

No countdown timer.

No doors closing.

No urgency manufactured to make you feel like you have to decide right now, at 9:47, on an empty tank, which is the single worst moment in the day to decide anything.

It will be here.

If it lands, you will know.
